Wonderful vacation at the Ackwood Cottage
This was our second year staying at the Cottage for 7 weeks. We had a great vacation and the Cottage was clean, comfortable, and as presented in the website photos. Communication with Mary was very good. We would definitely recommend the Ackwood Cottage for a vacation.
Fisherman's Cabin
We were looking for a place to stay for a week fishing. There was plenty of room and the a/c kept the property comfortable. Appliances were very good but the microwave could be upgraded. Easy walk to the dock for fishing and the water depth at dock was perfect for our boat. Plenty of space and dumpsters on the property were great for keeping cottage clean.
Wkend
Very cozy cabin feel for a wkend of ice fishing. Plenty of space for 2 people, on and close to many lakes.
What a great week!!
We rented the Cottage at Ackwood Lodge for a week of fishing, relaxing and fun. The cottage did not disappoint! Great parking right by the entrance for our boat and truck. Deck is nice and big enough for us to put up a 10X10 screen tent for evenings outside without the bugs. The king sized bed was amazing, very comfortable. Nice big living room with room to spare, my son even set up the computer he couldn't live without for a week. The kitchen has everything you need and the bathroom was great too. Would highly recommend the cottage and will be back. Adam is fantastic host and very responsive!
